1 x Tube of pillsbury pizza dough (i did not feel like making my own). 1x block of cream cheese like 2x cups of mozz im not your mom add however much you want any pizza topppings you want like half a cup of fresh grated parm or pecorino romano precook your pizza toppings if they are veggies (I did mushrooms, onions, and red peppers bc my man is vegetarian, I cooked them down until they were soft amnd I added a little mushroom boullion to give it some umami flavor) mix the toppings, the cream cheese softened, mozz, and pecorino together in a bowl. Grease a tray and roll your pizza dough onto it, a square is prob fine. spoon your cheese mix onto the middle of the dough fold the dough over onto it, make it a lil parcel. like cheesy bread from a pizza store idk im not your mom just fold it the fuck up. maybe vent the top a little just do some slashes idk i did and it was helpful. cook it according to the instructions on the pizza dough (I did 400 for 8 minutes, then i gave it another 8-10 minutes until it was golden brown all over) pull it out...it goes so crazy.... we dipped in a little arrabbiata sauce.

You should make it again and brush the dough with beaten egg before it goes in the oven to be a beautiful shiny brown!

King_Bradford no not at all i saw a tiktok for that just with crab rangoon filling but my mans vegetarian so I made it friendly to him. If you do ricotta instead of cream cheese its legit just a calzone lmao.
