What a nightmare of a month
- Car's transmission is shot
- Work not going well (ceiling collapse, sewer lines clogged, roof leaks, etc.)
- House floods on the day before my birthday
- Spend birthday weekend cleaning a mess while listening to constant fans and dehumidifiers.
- Dryer stops working for no reason
