Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone! As you all know we've been running the Kovaze Olympics this weekend, and although it's not quite over, it will end tonight (Kovaze time tonight) with our final races. However, for those of you who haven't managed to participate and want to reap some of the benefits, today we will be hosting our CLOSING CEREMONY! There will be 3x PAYOUTS for Arena & Race at specific times. With it's new update, Arena will start us off! The times will be as follows: 2 PM EST – 3 PM EST/KVT (Kovaze Time!) Arena 3x payouts for every Arena game that starts in this window. 3:15 PM EST – 4:15 PM EST/KVT Race 3x payouts for all Race games beginning during this time. 4:30 PM EST – 5:30 PM EST/KVT Arena 3x payouts for every Arena game that kicks off in this block. The events team have discussed and to encourage those to join Arena with the update, it will take Frenzy's place. Interest was particularly low in the opening ceremony regarding Frenzy, so we've made this decision so people are able to play as many games as possible. Apologies for those who enjoy Frenzy but hopefully with duel format in Arena making appearances you can still get your social game down! 🙂

The two new game modes heavily favor players that are good at competitions and have pre-existing friendships... making it less "noob" friendly :( People always tell newer players to practice comps in Arena and now there is nowhere for them to practice because they're so much more likely to get 10th-11th place with these new updates.

until arena is fixed and is no longer random I will be going back to Race. This isn't it.

Good morning Kovaze, I hope this festive season has been treating you all well! This update has been a long time coming and brings with it some exciting and much needed update to Frenzy, Arena, Outcasted, and Race (and a familiar new game mode for some of you!). 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗔 2 New Gamemodes have been added to Arena! When the game begins, it will select one of the three existing game modes (the first being OG Arena). Here are the two new game modes: • Weakest Link - No voting. The two players with the least amount of points each round will be nominated for elimination the next round. • Safety Chain - Some of you have been asking for "The Duel" (on previous sites) for years, and it's about time it makes its return. Each round, you will rank the players in the game based on who you want to give safety to. You must also select which player to "Call Out" in case you are sent into elimination. The safety chain will commence with the POV who will save one player, and that player will save one player and so on. The player not picked will be sent into the arena and will get to pick who they compete against! 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗭𝗬 • Jury now begins at final 9 • Not casting a jury vote will now randomise your vote • It will now be impossible for a jury vote to tie 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗗 • Jury now begins at final 9 • It will now be impossible for a jury vote to tie 𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘 • Coming last in a non-elimination leg will no longer apply the penalty if your team played an immunity ticket.
