Close call

Was just at a doctor appointment and my ex boyfriend's mom and grandma were there. I'm 99% sure grandma saw me, I was glancing in the direction of the door when they walked in and we accidentally made eye contact for a half second. But the nurse called me at that exact moment, and when I finished my appointment they were gone. I'm so relieved, now I can push everyone associated with him from my brain again. That was a very unhealthy relationship and anything that reminds me of it can be triggering.
