Hi Kiss Staff, I purchased a white puffle for my friend, Hater. He put it on and the rope is not aligned with his hand. I've heard your shop is known for botched designs and bad customer service so I'm giving you this opportunity to set the record straight and give me a full refund. Thank you! Marie
