if i had an appointment
and the time window was from 5pm - 7pm and its now 6:55pm and no one came, can i take a nap? or do i wait for them after the time window?

if its an appointment that you are taking (like a doctors one or something) then you wait if its an appointment someone is taking from you, then you can nap.
