You’re not seeing the point of the raffle winners just using their wins to restock back up on 500 tickets to obviously mathmateically beat out someone who cant afford that, billionaires would just buy the lottery if that was the case….sin
The Risk/Reward per ticket is the same for everyone regardless of the ticket amount. More tickets = higher change you win, bigger loss if you don't.
