Hey evrtngbagel, I really want to apologize for making you join the race game. I know every time you jump in, things don’t go well, and I’ve realized that a lot of that is on me. I kept pushing you into it because I thought it would be fun, but I didn’t stop to consider how it was actually going for you. Instead of supporting you, I ended up putting you in a situation that just felt frustrating and unfair. I’m genuinely sorry for that. You didn’t deserve to be dragged into something that kept turning out badly, and you definitely didn’t deserve the pressure I put on you. I value you as a friend, and the last thing I want is to make you feel like you’re set up to fail or that I’m not paying attention to how you’re actually feeling. Thanks for being patient with me. If you ever want to join, it’ll be because you choose to—not because I pushed for it.
