sometimes I click the games tab
and I see island at 14/15 and for a half second I consider, and then I decide all the potential points are not worth having to play an island

Ven no. I have played 5 times. I hated 4 of them. The last one was okay only because I won, and I will never play that well again (I joined alone, successfully dismantled an alliance, and went on an immunity run with words, and even found and properly used an idol.) I will never play that well again, so no point in trying.
Ven edit apparently it was more than 5, but whatever I still hated them and ended on a win!
