Got a rosemary ginger matcha latte

From a cute local coffee shop right by my therapist's, but I was totally spacing out when I ordered and forgot to ask for oat milk, so please pray for me that i don't take a sip and run to the toilet to poop. I do consume dairy (I'm vegetarian, everyone just assumes I'm vegan) but I almost never have actual milk.
