I got some EMAIL telling me I needed to click on something to Update my work computer as it did not have the most recent service update, and needed to be critically updated. I reported it for phishing like I'm not clicking that link nice try.
Then the IT team responded to me and my manager and said it was not a phishing link and I really needed to update my work computer.

Girl i had a self installed support app that IT can use to help fix stuff. I spend weeks deleting that thing and using chat got to figure out where it came from or how.. it was installed by the IT company who does work on our computers lol.. i thought it was a hacker
