Idea to help with the inactive frenzy

Possibly add like a 30s-1min round before HOH is announced where you have to click "I am here" where you choose who to nom or evict, only people who click that button can be eligible for algo to decide who is HOH I know this might add an element of strategy deciding if you even want HOH or not though
