Old when I just realized and thought about how old I was like 20 years ago when literally it feels like yesterday 😭😭😭 time needs to slow the hell down 😭

I still feel young. But, sometimes I have some body aches that I never used to get. When I look in the mirror, I notice increasing amounts of little gray hairs around my temples. I can recall certain events from high school as if they just happened yesterday, but I stop and think of the fact that I haven't been in high school for 20 years.
Miami for me it’s been 15 for high school 😭😭 but I feel that!! I use to have the aches till I started my burn boot camp it’s luckily kept me feeling like I’m 20 still LOL and even that’s been forever ago
