From listening to reddit horror stories as I fall asleep to zombie audio books... did not work , invested in the characters and spent about 3 extra hours lying there listening šš

Switch to sleep hypnosis videos. I also enjoy creepy pastas for sleep , but when Iām struggling and actually need sleep hypnosis is the way to go
