Clown is not a serial killer.

No blood has spilled because of the clown, yet he is blamed for rivers of it washing away the dirt on the streets. A man whose name begins with the letter "C" just like "Clown" acts frightened of the clown whose soul floats through the air, but he should be more afraid of the humans walking below. They try to hammer corpses to the clown's body so they will be stuck to it forever. But it claims none of them, for their deaths were caused by sickness. But since Clown is considered a virus to the world, they think he is that sickness.
