hwest14 i think if you are going to just "do them whenever" you should do as you have been and open MULTIPLE or even like just spaced out 3-5 mins apart. i think what people get frustrated at is when one is opened, they miss it, and then sit around 20-30+ mins waiting for more and there is none. or ONE more opens and they miss that too LOL. if there cant be a set few "happy hours" then at least making them HIGHLY ACCESSIBILE helps for sure.
