For a Realistic long game.
20 players per game. 7 days with 12 hour DC.
Twist? No one gets eliminated. Final placements are just determined by your total points throughout the game.
Still working out the details, but I think there would be a few different options to earn points:
Comp placement earning you points each day. 25 for a win, then 19 for second down to 1 for last.
Then I think there would be some kind of voting aspect with maybe like a random 5 ‘nominees’ and then everyone else must assign 1 point to the nom they want to. The rotation would be fair so everyone got the same number of chances to get points but the people you were with would be random.
Then lastly, you could earn points for catching pop ups. They could be like random point values each time or something.
I feel like this would create an experience where 20 people could all hang out together and be social, no one gets eliminated, and then final placements are revealed at the end.

I am not opposed to there being eliminations, but my thought is EVERY game has always had eliminations. It could be a better bonding experience for players to spend 7 days interacting with the full cast. Maybe it could be like a purge of the bottom half of the players half way through or something.... Add some stacks into the game.... OR maybe you could have the game split into two at the half way point and have a losers bracket compete for the remaining amount of time.

Maybe instead of no elims it’s like every full 24 hours there’s 4 gone or something, I feel like you need elimination of some sort to keep momentum

The no one getting eliminated is just so everyone can play together for a set number of days. But it would have rankings posted based on comp point and vote points, but then your pop up points would remain a secret. There could be drama from who to assign your vote point to based on either your friends in the game or someone you think is weaker at comps, but then no one would know who was getting the pop up points. There could still be a really fun competitive element to it.
