Because she’s a woman or because it's physically impossible for her to have committed the crime and the police did 0 investigation and decided to just believe what the husband (who wasn't even trying to help his children when they arrived) told them happened?
Malibu her own defense knows she did it, they’re not on trial whether she’s guilty or not.. she’s on trial for whether she’s cognitively responsible.. like STOP

BUnderscore plz do some research. She was found in a hypothermia state and the baby Callan still had a heartbeat. It is not physically possible for her body temperature to have gotten that low and the baby to still have a heartbeat in the time frame. Patrick’s own mother is supporting Lindsay btw.
Malibu that’s not true either, her injuries, shock, and cold damp clothing would all contribute to a rapid decrease in body temp.. pls do research that does not include an overweight white woman explaining and leaving out bits of evidence 🙏🏻
