It's a nasty habit and your distaste is completely understandable, but please remember it is a very hard habit to quit. I've tried to quit multiple times in the 20 years that I've been a smoker, and have failed each time I've tried.
Miami I do get that, but do you hack up a lung while smoking a cigarette around other people, in a bus stop that says "no smoking"?
