I'm definitely abandoning this mode because it's impossible to have fun with so many hate blogs and assumptions that aren't true. But before I go, I want to point out some very specific things.
First, I didn't create a gift shop to publish exclusive designs for the Fashionista game. If you look, my gift shop is only for everyday designs that I use in the game and give as gifts to my best friends. I see the theme of the week, I have an idea of what I want, and I ask Ramon to make it for me. He publishes it in his public shop, and I pay the full price. The week I won the contest, I spent 4k coins buying from his shop, and the Fashionista prize was 3k. So, what advantage would I have in that? This week, I bought all the designs for 1k and spent 5k coins. The prize for second place was 2k. Again, what advantage do I have in that? Everyone can have ideas and ask shop owners with public stores to publish their designs. Just like Icon creates their own designs every week and asks a shop owner to publish them so they can buy and exclusively use their outfit. Let's face it, nobody here would want to participate in a contest and see someone wearing the same outfit as them.
Second point: I am not part of any alliance and I have NEVER asked for votes and I have never worn or shown my submitted look before the round was finished. And I can say this with my hand on my chest, because if anyone saw me doing any of those things, let them come here and expose me. But many of those who are complaining do this. It's not a personal attack, let's be clear, but in the previous round isla sent me a photo of her look on Discord, which I personally think is against the rules. I simply replied that I had already sent my votes and that her look had happened to appear for me and I had voted for her. But, if I hadn't voted yet, obviously that message could have influenced me. https://imgur.com/y1lSRsB Another example, I know that seong sent a picture of his finished outfit in a group with friends in the last few weeks, which is fine, but I'm not even part of that group. In fact, I'm not part of any group.
I read someone blogging that it's such a harmless game, and I agree, but people insist on turning everything into complaints and attacks. Even worse is seeing people from the site's moderation team implying there's an alliance about it. I'm not at fault if my outfit and Ramon's were in the top two positions in the last two themes. Which, by the way, he's the only one who knows what I'm going to wear because I ask him to make it exactly how I want.
The truth is, you'll congratulate someone doing the same thing we do: buying exclusive designs, but you'll never congratulate us, simply because we are us.
That being said, I'm going to abandon the fashionista game.

Honestly. I spent too much money this week on designs but I just want to get the title of fashionista and move on lmao. I thought my look kind of ate so of course I was sad. I would love the cute little fashionista flame But moving forward I’m not gonna be spending the money that I spent cause it doesn’t feel as worth it unless shop prices go down
Tatum So according to your own blog, you spent 4k–5k coins every Fashionista round on exclusive outfits while the prize was only 2k–3k. The math speaks for itself. If you’re constantly spending more than you win, then it’s understandable why your shop prices end up being so expensive. So basically, the buyers are paying for your Fashionista entries. Lol. That greedy approach is so loud.
Veloura nooooo i like both of you but this comment is not it. Tatum is very generous with his koinz, even buying a simple design from me for 6000!!!! which was insane and i never would have asked for that much. Yes Tatum earned a lot of money thru shops but that's the fault of the website and system that's set up, not him personally.
brookie Brookie, you know I love you. ❤️ You’re commenting on JDaddy’s prices, but his prices and Tatum’s are almost the same. So what’s the difference? Are you being selective now, or is this a double standard? I’m simply supporting fairness in the shop. Even for business-minded shop owners, charging 1k or more for items is still too much. That’s the point of my comment. Anyway, we’re all entitled to our own opinions. I respect your point of view. Have a nice day!
Veloura Tatum has been in shops for months and posted relatively decently, while still competing. Jdaddy joined just this week and started posting for 1000+ koinz for the shits and giggles. Difference for sure.

Veloura You’re a bit mistaken. Let me explain why. The moment I ask a retailer to list something for me—and they are competing in the retail game—I have to pay the price dictated by that competition. It could be 100, 200, 300, or 1,000; they set their price, and I pay for exactly what I want.
Veloura thanks Brookie I wanted to explain to her that I have nothing to do with that. I haven't participated in the shop game for weeks; I’ve only been opening gift shops. None of the pricing issues are my fault. Her comment was clearly intended to criticize me, but I hope she understands. I have plenty of coins and don't mind spending them. I asked Brookie to create a design for me to use in my gift shop—it wasn't even meant for competition—and I said I’d pay her some coins for it. I liked the design so much that I gave her three times the amount we had agreed upon. It’s just a digital pixel coin; I don't see why there's such a fuss.
Tatum I understand your point, and I respect it. My comment was never about how you acquire the items it was about the final pricing. If people are willing to pay those prices, that’s completely their choice. I simply think 1k+ for an item is too expensive, regardless of the reason behind it. I Should tag Foox too

Se você prestar atenção você verá que eu sempre coloco o preço dos meus itens próximos ao preço do lojista que colocou o maior valor pois eu quero que minha loja mantenham-se aberta. Quando coloco em um valor acima do normal meu que é 1000 provavelmente eu estou segurando o item para alguém. Mas o que me incomoda de verdade é que alguns podem vender coisas a preços altos que é divertido, para zoar outras pessoas ou eu tenho que vender por 300 para todos e ainda ficar quieto.

Tisha But on your own blog, there’s a comment from x saying they actually thought people did that. Seriously, I don’t think it’s right for you guys to make comments like that. There are already countless blogs spewing gratuitous hate, and comments like that just reinforce the idea that it’s true—WHEN it isn’t.

Don't let hate blogs ruin the fun. You aren't doing anything wrong, There are so many people voting and half the looks in the top I didn't even see for a chance to vote on so there must be a lot of submissions so its kinda hard to "cheat." Also I make exclusive designs for myself and people who ask for fashionista and there absolutely is nothing wrong with that, I thought the fashionista game was something to give designers a reason to design and sell! The more annoying part is seeing the same outfit on everyone be voted high! Let's give some love to the different unique looks too!
People are so bored omg like it's just a fun fashion game and I love when people are creative and make something truly custom. there's nothing stopping them from opening Gemini or paint.net or whatever, making a cute design, and asking a shop owner to post it lol so annoying
u should keep playing! i don't see anything wrong with making/getting special designs for the themes. i made a pool party bg for the first theme and asked lover to post for me. literally any1 could do the same

It was my first fashionista babe and I didn't even know that we're not allowed to do that coz there's also a lot of people who did the same as well, not until Loomis informed me that it against the rules. And tbh I only message like 3 people and 2 of them are my close friends so it doesn't matter anyways.
You should still do it if you have fun! Ignore what people say. I think you do well. I don't understand the alliance accusations. You can't even control whose looks you get to see. Keep doing it for your enjoyment

Qual o problema de abrir loja e postar exclusivo pro fashionista? Todo mundo pode fazer isso mas preferem comprar designs que todo mundo tem na loja, tão te atacando por isso? Sos
keep doing it! there is nothing wrong with many custom designs if you have the desire and time. anyone can ask a shop owner to post their design to buy, it's not a special privilege.
