lowkey kinda luck game too i think. i got lucky when i dressed up as a giant rose toy vibrator and won 100%. but like there can be 2 looks that are nearly identical, one will place top 5 and the other will be like 58th lol. it's just about WHO gets to vote on your look, what other avatar you're being voted against, etc. Like sometimes when I vote it will put 2 HIDEOUS avatars together, but I HAVE to vote for 1???? GROSS!

yeah there could be a better system for this. like make the voting 2 different rounds - one round like everyone can vote on ALL the looks, but you score them 1 through 5 stars, and then once that's done the Top 40 are matched up in the random or something
DK yes if we all got 40 votes each DAY then it could be a 2 round system or something i dunno. obvi no perfect way to do it but def can be refined im sure.
Yeah the voting is so skewed, I wish there was a better way. BUT THEN YOU HAVE SOMEONE LIKE ME WHO LIVED THROUGH THE ERA AND STYLED EXACTLY HOW 15 YEAR OLD CHERRY WOULD HAVE WANTED, AND I GOT 96TH. Sorry I didn't put the same butterfly top and flip phone on as everyone else </3
