anything drag race counts! whether its rupauls drag race season 1 or its something international!
i'll go first, i think they should stop inviting people to all-stars for people who didnt do well/werent memorable on their original season. the reason why as2 is considered the best season is because everyone there had something to lose, and the stakes were much higher. the casts now have very few previous front-runners.

-All Stars should be once every 4 seasons and should follow the format of what Canada All Stars is doing (Queens vote to save one of the bottom 3). Lip sync for your life is more intense than legacy because there is more at stake. -I think early outs should get a chance to come back especially if they were people with great personalities but were eliminated in challenges that didn't show their true potential (design challenges). Joey Jay is a good example and possibly Kylie (since by the time frame of her season and AS6 she has grown a lot and had became a lot more confident in herself). -Talent Shows are fine but I think if you are going to do something that everyone else is going to do, it needs to be a show stopper. So if you are going to do a lip sync, it better be rememberable. -I don't care if they bring back a queen numerous times, as long as they bring entertainment that is fine with me. Sadly that is a reality tv show first and it is suppose to entertain the viewers. -Snatch Game would be fine if they actually had funny queens. -Track Records don't mean anything if you are given a final chance to save yourself. If that wasn't the case then they would. You gotta do what you have to do to get the end. If track records matter then what is the point of having a long finale when we know who wins by that. -Lip Sync for the crown isn't fun anymore when everyone's viewpoints on what it means to win is all over the place. I wish they made the finale where the queens can do their own performance style (similar to the S12 one) and use this as an opportunity to showcase their drag. It' is much better than dragging things out. -I miss Nicole Byer as a judge. -I hate the makeover challenge because "family resemblance" is so subjective.

This isn’t a hot take but expanding on what you said, all stars needs to be wayyyy less often. It doesn’t feel exciting anymore to have queens back with like 6 all stars a year between the different countries. It should be only once a year for all of drag race and US all stars should be every like 3 years and only have finalists or high placers and like one or two lower queens who have elevated since at the most
username i think they shouldve never done it and had gone the survivor route, i think as1 shouldve taken the place of s5 and took the spot for the year 🙈
