not many designs on the website that represent january 1st, 2000. but y2k def is a more broad term that would include late 90s early 2000. does not have to be a specific date lmfao

Cherry i think most people don't realize it is inherently tied into the fear that all the computers and technology would shut down and die on January 1st 2000. Like its metallic, neon, bright futuristic shit mixed with layering and like fashion from the 90s. It's not like...a light pink baby tee with a whale tail.
