Greatest Cartoon Tournament

Hey everyone! I decided to try something a bit different than my usual rankings. I did rank the cartoons from 1-64, but then decided to split them up into groups and let you guys choose who advances from each group. They will be split into groups of 4 with only one from each group advancing from there.
