So what’s the difference between
Island and Outcasted? One is quicker than the other? Kinda like frenzy and hysteria?

As others have said, Outcasted is a slow game typically lasting over a week. Frenzy and Hysteria are both considered fast games because they typically last around an hour :)
Island is quick Outcasted is 8-days long (but the payouts are higher)
outcasted takes like 9 days. every "day" in game is 12 hours island every day is like 4 minutes.
other one is a week long game
