Seasonal depression???
I’m curious…
Do you struggle with seasonal depression when the weather starts to change?
If so, what helps you get through it? Do you have routines, habits, or little things that make the darker months easier?

SOOO BAD it’s the reason why spring is my favourite season. I just try to make it through to April but I take vitamin D and try to get in the sun when it’s out
Ooo I love that. Staying connected and getting fresh air are such underrated mood boosters. I’m definitely guilty of self-isolating for sure. Nikky
Yes! Communicating with my circle does wonders. I have to be very intentional about making sure I don't self-isolate. Also being in nature no matter how cold.
