Celebrities Castings Clarification
There have been a few questions about how Celebrities Casts are picked, so here's a quick clarification.
Most seasons of Celebrities are fully random. Some (Like the next season) are both fully random and newbies only. Milestone seasons (every 10th season) will often be selected from the list of applicants.
A raffle ticket acts as your expression of interest - you will need one to enroll, even on milestone seasons (which is why we asked you to grab one for C10!)

yeah I remember when duos was casting, Brat wanted to play and he asked me if I was interested, and I had to buy a ticket for him to be eligible to pick me as his partner
Then you need to be more transparent about it so people are not confused. That is my biggest issue: there is no transparency, which leads to people getting disappointed. Yes, people will still get disappointed no matter what, but the sense of false hope or broken promise is frustrating when you think you have a chance only to find out, moments of enrollment, that the cast was already decided when you thought it was randomly selected. Even if it was mentioned prior, just a reminder as well because we all know (especially you) that when people sign up for things, they forget EVERYTHING the moment they play (which in this case was a month, but the information on that was a bit untrue to an extent). Then people might say, well then it will ruin the surprise of the theme and shit... well, we know every 10th and 25th season will be a special game; we just don't know the format. We can still hype and speculate about it while still being transparent about certain things. Communication and clarity are very important to separate the bitter bettys from just being annoyed at certain aspects.

I love this blog but if we are considering a milestone season every 10 seasons then damn we ain't gonna get there for another year sister
DK The plan right now is every 10th is a milestone, every 5th is a semi-milestone, and then every 25th is a quarter quell. The plan is to also to have 2 weeks between seasons instead of a month+
