because I don't think some of you remember when we had actual random casts that were awful / had inactives / didn't play the game publicly besides 1 or 2 people that just curb-stomped them with no competition

I rather have it be random to find those hidden gems instead of seeing the same people be brought up again and again. Some people just need that shot Now I do think you need to meet certain requirements that might help get rid of the things you mention above, because if you have a certain amount of points on this site, you probably won't be inactive on the site to avoid that, but still.
Honestly valid I have vivid memories of getting absolutely curbstomped in a poll by some noob who never spoke to anyone and whose speech was literally just "merry christmas!"
We don't have enough CELEBS to have it be a 100% raffle every time. It will lead to flops.
