Going to an event (Rant)

As a sales rep for a cosmetics company, said to the person running it (who is also a customer) 3 times that I would love to have an indoor table as it's going to cost a lot more to buy tables and chairs ect for the outside stalls, as the indoors ones are supplied for you. Didn't get an answer so assumed that it was all good to have an indoor table, now when I ask about a potential family member selling her jewellery items next to me, she says that there are only outdoor spaces. ????? I asked 3 times for an inside table so now idek what to do, I've already spent like £200 for this event and now I'm going to have to buy tables and chairs and potentially have less sales outside because of a lack of a reponse.
