Seongs Epic Battle S2 - Day 4

The fourth day began with the arena shrinking violently. The poisoned garden, ruined temples, dead forest, and frozen rivers were dragged toward the center, creating an unstable battlefield where every step could become a trap. The remaining heroes knew the end was close. Kimmie, Woofums, Basil, Fancy, and Sprite stayed together, but their alliance was no longer strong because they were safe. It was strong because loyalty was all they had left. The villains were reduced to Brat and akaliuchis, and neither trusted the other. Brat saw akaliuchis as a growing threat that needed to be removed eventually. akaliuchis saw Brat as a powerful body she could use if he ever fell. For now, they allowed each other to exist because the heroes were still in their way. Sprite broke first. After watching SurferSorbet, Maris, and Melanie die, she could no longer wait behind shields and plans. She launched herself at Brat, sending her bladed fans forward with chains that twisted through the air like living weapons. Her attack was fast enough to slice through two of Brat’s orbs, forcing him to fight more aggressively. For a brief moment, Sprite looked capable of avenging everyone she had lost. But anger made her predictable. Brat rushed through the opening, shattered her chains with his mana claws, and struck her down before Kimmie could cross the battlefield to save her. Basil then turned his full power against akaliuchis. He covered the arena in a violent bloom of poisonous vines, thorned roots, and toxic flowers. The garden answered him one final time, and akaliuchis was nearly trapped inside the poison. Her small, childlike appearance made the scene even more disturbing, because beneath it there was no innocence left. She raised the dead beneath Basil’s roots, using corpses to drag the vines apart from below. The dead grabbed Basil by the legs and pulled him into his own garden. He poisoned her badly before he died, but she drained his life force before the venom could finish her. Fancy knew the heroes could not survive another direct clash. He used his illusions to hide himself, Kimmie, and Woofums, creating false copies across the ruins while his giant snake attacked Brat head-on. The snake was strong and resistant, holding Brat back longer than anyone expected. It crushed stone, deflected mana, and gave the remaining heroes a chance to breathe. But Brat, wounded and enraged, poured his remaining strength into his orbs and destroyed the snake piece by piece. When the illusion cracked, he followed the broken magic back to Fancy. The mature mage tried to create one last false image, but Brat reached the real one and ended him with a final claw strike. When the fourth day ended, only four fighters remained. Two heroes. Two villains. The hero alliance had survived, but it had been reduced to Kimmie and Woofums. Across the battlefield, Brat and akaliuchis stood apart from each other, both wounded, both dangerous, and both ready to betray. Eliminations: Sprite — killed by Brat. Basil — killed by akaliuchis.
