I was there in March, very nice city with great seafood. Out of the cities I went to, it was the most authentic in the sense that it wasn't putting on a show for its tourists. My only complaint was it was much colder than I expected, so I would personally avoid the colder months.
Sin I LIKE COLD WEATHER TOO but also hot breezy weather I need variety!
I've been to Lisbon, it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. The streets, the atmosphere, the neighborhoods—it has a certain faded beauty that I love. I can't wait to go back soon.
