Seongs Epic Battle - Day 4

The fourth day began with the arena quieter than ever. Without Nettles’ origami, the heroes had lost their greatest information advantage. Every movement felt risky, and Bubba took advantage of that emptiness to turn part of the forest into a territory of living darkness. Antog, Space, and Jordie tried to maintain a firm alliance, planning to find a way to weaken Bubba before she attacked again. But Ralts did not want to wait. Angered by the losses of the previous days, she decided to hunt the villainess alone. Brat also moved through the forest, not to protect the others, but to find an opportunity to eliminate whoever was most vulnerable. The two met near a clearing swallowed by shadows. The tension between Ralts and Brat quickly turned into combat. Ralts kept her distance with her shots, while Brat hid among the trees and attacked from blind spots. Neither of them truly wanted to kill another hero, but both were ready to wound if necessary. Bubba used the fight as a trap. The darkness of the forest closed around the clearing, separating Ralts from Brat. Ralts tried to escape by shooting at the shadows, but her bullets vanished into the black fog. By the time she realized Bubba was behind her, it was already too late. The villainess emerged from the darkness and struck her before she could reload. Ralts’ death shook Brat, but he did not stay to fight. Instead, he retreated, carrying the guilt of having let the situation become the perfect opening for Bubba. Meanwhile, Sprite was drawn into the deepest part of the forest. VenusVafa’s energy still seemed present there, mixed with the roots and the poisoned arrows left behind. Bubba used that pain against her, creating shadows that resembled the presence of her dead sister. SurferSorbet found Sprite before she was completely consumed by the darkness. Still wounded and shaken by Charlitos’ death, he tried to get her out of there, but Bubba appeared again. The confrontation was quick and cruel. SurferSorbet fought with everything he still had, using his spear to carve a path through the shadows, but he was too exhausted to face Bubba alone. He managed to push Sprite out of the fog, but stayed behind. Antog, Space, and Jordie arrived too late to save him. Space managed to drive back the darkness with his cosmic light, preventing Bubba from continuing the attack, but the villainess escaped before she could be surrounded. The fourth day ended with the heroes deeply shaken. Ralts had died because she acted alone, SurferSorbet died trying to save Sprite, and Brat became even more isolated after realizing that his distrust had indirectly helped Bubba. Only six participants remained. The arena no longer felt like a battle between heroes and villains.
