like everytime I play I always lose the tribe challenge and then get voted out when literally NOBODY tries talking to me? Like I'm here to play survivior and play a social and strategic game I don't have to be physical like it's just so annoying because nobody even attempts to talk to me even when i add all of them?

I get your frustration. It's hard being ignored, and the stuff you DO bring to the table being pushed aside. It's likely just pre-game stuff going on all the time. Since so many people have their own cliques and whatnot, they likely have built-in alliances already, so they don't bother to talk to you since they already have their hit list. So, when they lose...there's just nothing you can do. Just like in real life, it sucks when there's always pre-gaming going on. I'm sorry about this crap.
