Gauging interest in a blog game, Random Celeb BB P(ost)Y(our)N(ame).

Hi all! I'm new here, but I used to be over on tengaged and I ran a "blog game" of sorts that was a lot of fun and i'd love to move it over here. Essentially how it worked is: - Members would sign up (16 spots available) by commenting the name of the Celebrity they wanted to represent them. You may ONLY have one entry per season - Each "week" (in game), the list of participants would be randomized (using random.org. or potentially wheel of names - depending on which i like better) to determine the HOH & Nominees. the list would then be randomized again to determine the other participants in POV. - If a nominee won POV, it was automatically used on themself. If another person won POV - a list containing both nominees & a "no veto" would be randomized, whoever landed at the top of the list would get the veto (or veto would not be used). - If the veto was used, the list of members (minus HOH, the POV holder and the person saved with the veto) would be randomized to determine a replacement. - Once we've determined the two final nominees, the game gets turned over to the public - who will VOTE to evict a member! - Previously i've given voting 1 hour (so we can get multiple weeks squeezed into a single real life day) but voting period can be adjusted based on participants opinions. - At the end of the season, the public votes for a winner AND for "america's favorite". - Each seasons winner & america's favorite will be brought back for an All Stars season (when we get that far). if a player wins multiple seasons / america's favorite (with different celebrities of course), they may decide which celebrity to use for All Stars AND can name a replacement player to take their extra spot(s) - to ensure as many users on here can participate as possible. - Celebrities cannot be claimed in multiple seasons (i'll be keeping a list of who has already been used in the past. the exception to this of course is if that celebrity is a part of All Stars, but they would still be used by the initial member who claimed them) - Also considering posting results to a discord server, but haven't decided yet. it looks something like this: HOUSEGUESTS: list here (WEEK ONE) HOH: Celeb 1 Nominees: Celeb 3 & Celeb 6 POV: Celeb 8 POV Used: Celeb 6 Replacement Nominee: Celeb 9 Vote to Evict: Celeb 3 or Celeb 9 the following Week: By a vote of 6 to 3. . . Celeb 9, you are evicted from the Big Brother house PLACEMENTS: 16th: and so forth HOUSEGUESTS: remaining houseguests. i'm currently at work but i'll be around to answer questions if needed <3
