Sunday morning

I got home at like 4:30am from a night out and i saw my roommates light on and im like thats so strange he is NEVER up this late. Anyway i went into my room shut the door and an hour later i hear him open his door. Then i hear BANG BANG BANG...BANG BANG BANG in the kitchen and im crossfaded as fuck and it scares the SHIT out of me. I wait 5 minutes then go investigate and no one is around i look in all the rooms and my roommates door is closed. I'm like ??? So the next day im like hey like did you hear that noise at like 5 am? and hes like no what and im like i heard BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG, like someone was hammering the kitchen counter with a piece of frozen meat or some shit and hes like i was awake but only got up to pee. Im like so...that wasn't you?? I'm thinking like its okay if it was you, i was already awake im just curious at what that noise was. Now i never will know but like why do people lie
