⭐️ HELLOOOO KOVAZE! The Limelight production team has finished up planning and is ready to embark on the journey of discovering our very first CHAMPION. ⭐️ We are looking for a first batch of contestants! 10 of them to be exact. In lieu of this being the beginning of our series, this season, our contestants will start out their music careers in the back-to-basics of a recording studio. This is where our artists will search, discover, create their story, and shine as bright as their talents allow them. Introducing.. Limelight - Season 1: STUDIO DEBUT 🎤 🍋‍🟩 What is Limelight? - Limelight is a song-search style game inspired and supported by the original game Musicality and its creators. Our goal is to simply provide a fun and light-hearted environment for our judges & contestants, allowing them a platform to discover new music, show off their passions and tastes, and ultimately strive for the prize. 🍋‍🟩 How does Limelight work? - To put it simply, our production team provides themes to the contestants each round, with specific limitations or guidelines that they must follow to submit a song. From there, player submissions are scored by the judges, and contestants are eliminated according to their scores and our format - where a fuller layout can be found in the Limelight Discord server. 🍋‍🟩 What's the prize for winning this s#%t anyways? - Other than bragging rights? We've got 5000 Koinz, $25 USD, and custom Season 1 graphics coming your way. 🍋‍🟩 Are there twists? - Essentially, yes! Although for this first season, we will keep it fairly tame. You may see a unique 'feature' or two rather than your traditional 'twist'. These will be further explained once the season has begun. 🍋‍🟩 CAN I BE A JUDGE? - Well, no - not yet! For this first season, we are coming at you with a pre-selected judging panel of three trusted and musically inclined judges. For future seasons, we plan to open up this judging panel to both new faces and especially returning Limelight players starting as early as season two, either by application or invitation. 🍋‍🟩 Alright fine. How do I apply? - Easy! The link to our Limelight discord server will be provided below. Once you've joined, you can simply navigate to the 'Apply' channel and follow the process from there.
