Exactly. People saying “it was on discord” is a crazy defense. This wasn’t just some generic argument where they said bad shit on discord. It was a targeted attack against a minority group. That would be like people defending a user saying a racial slur on discord to a user and saying they shouldn’t be banned. Who gives a fuck where it’s said. If the intent is to hurt a someone in a minority group for simply existing it doesn’t matter where it’s said.
SpaceLab Idgaf if it was on discord or not, transphobes should have no place on this site. If Brons was to stay on this site, it's comments would soon become worse, full of hatred and no one needs to be subjected to that for simply living. So glad they banned it before it could make further problems and offence. Thank god for the mods. The trans community should feel comfortable here, it's supposed to be a safe space for everyone.
