How can people tag and make blogs about you

but have you blocked so you cant reply... sin make that make sense LMAO if a person is so dinky that they need to block someone on a site like this, but then after blocking they continue to talk and blog about you, where you can't even reply... now that doesn't seem fair ! If people block you their ability to tag you should be removed in the same way as whoever is blocked isnt able to comment or tag
