Support for gay marriage: 71% in 2022, 65% in 2026
Moral to be Gay/Lesbian: 71% in 2022, 62% in 2026
Moral to change gender: 46% in 2022, 38% in 2026
I know its stupid to let opinion polls affect me personally, but why do they hate us so bad and why are they letting propaganda affect their perception of me and our community so fucking easily.
These are USA numbers but they directly affect all public opinion in the West in general. Ugh. I hope this conservative wave is just a thing this decade and isn't a permanent thing.
Fun fact republicans morality of Lesbian and gay relations was 56% in 2022 and now sit at...35%...
It just bothers me you know, growing up every year was a little better but since 2022 you can literally FEEL it getting worse for LGBT

People are stupid. Im not wasting my energy caring about the opinions of people who don’t pay my bills and who have accomplished less than half as me despite being twice my age. It’s a losing battle. There’s no point. Opinion polls are opinion polls, just focus on life.
Zachbbs but you can only ignore it for so long until you read "gay marriage repealed" on the news some day soon or your queer kid being harassed in school bcuz they are no longer protected or you are harassed on the street daily because public opinion is now against you.
