i hate
seeing people that are very obvious multis but now there is a rule we just like...cant say anything without solid proof or evidence but the proof or evidence would be IP tracking/tools we don't have access to.

I don't ever look at blogs reporting on others and take action. If someone is serious about a claim they will raise a report and it'll show up in my system.
