people only use apps to hook up/date now?
I have been out of the dating game for a long time and until my kids get older I have no desire to reenter, but it sounds like it's really changed. Like, I met my ex-wife by chance at a bar when I was out with some friends one night. Do people not go to bars/clubs to try and meet someone anymore?

Well if you think about it it’s a privilege to be able to do that. With gays, we don’t really have the luxury of being able to meet people irl unless you live in a big big city. The pool of people online is really small in some areas, and even smaller irl
