MessyJ was banned thanks to a few users and myself holding a private investigation where we were able to discover new information regarding JesseM. The reason this rule exists is to protect users from being falsely witch-hunted and potentially defamed which has happened. If you have a valid report then the report tool is all you need. The culture of blogs page witch hunting is a Tengaged one and it's to be kept on Tengaged.
