sobriquet it is a good thing. You get more points and miney than you do at 8th place. In the end that’s all that really matters It’s impossible to get 1st in every game

like you spent 1.5-2 hours in a game where your best possible outcome was still not winning and your main goal was apparently beating specifically me because you don't like that i called your dumb gameplay dumb the last time you took me out for no reason when it was actively bad for your game

i wasn't saying that as a way to negate what you said. what you said is a fact, but it's not a fact that is relevant to the conversation. playing for 2nd and getting 2nd are different. i was saying that despite winning not being something you can always do, people always have the ability to play for 1st. you agree. the point i'm making is you were not playing for 1st. if you think you were playing for 1st, that's just a poor understanding of social strategy in general
