Rough Day (VENT)

I've been really stressed over school and with my autism I tend to bite a lot. Recently, I've found biting hair works best. Some of you may have not seen me online yesterday and well I wasn't able to play any games because my dad got mad at me for biting his hair. As punishment he made me drink a 1 day blinding stew and I couldn't see till I woke up this morning. My eyes still hurt and I am feeling uncomfortable at home. Any tips?
