Ethan, sauces are a must for me, I’m trying to find the video of this guy that made 3 different ones but they had a lot of protien in them because he made them with Greek yogurt. They were like…a chipotle one, a garlic parm one, and one other I can’t remember
DK, you might’ve just gave me a dinner suggestion for tonight. I’ve seen versions of this around insta but have never tried it. There is a “tamale” version of this I’ve tried with cornbread on top with taco meat under it, it was delicious
Zachbbs - first omg hey! 🩷
Second, I am the type that likes leftovers but I usually prep 2 options because I do dislike eating the same thing 3+ days in a row. Lately I’ve been cooking one option and then like, sandwiches. Our cafeteria at work has become mundane to me and honestly so damn expensive. I feel so lazy this weekend but know if I don’t cook something I’ll regret it this week.
I do chicken and biscuits! Literally just put chicken strips and frozen biscuits in the oven and bake to temp. Then I buy cheap country gravy mix. Shred the biscuits and put it in Tupperware. It’s so cheap and so good
I wish I could get into meal prep because it really would free up some time in my days... I just cant get past the thought that i feel like im eating leftovers for an entire week, and its always the same thing over and over again.
Britt I do a variety of sauces so I don't get tired of it. I've done korean bbq, tomato basil sauce, siracha mayo....never tried chipotle sauce but will have to now!

Second what cray said I always do chicken, carrots, and broccoli over rice then make 5 different sauces to put over day of
slow cooker pulled chicken or beef

Cray if I do that I’d need a sauce to go over it, l saw a protein chipotle one on insta I think I saved
FlaggedC I’ve never frozen the sauce! That’s honestly so smart
I love making turkey/chicken and rice bowls. Its the easiest thing to do for meal prep imo
- fried rice - spaghetti (freeze the sauce once cool to stretch if)
