Let race comps be random... having comps not repeat removes some of the dynamics of luck/fun from the game

honestly i was all for the non repeated comps, i was a big advocator for it after getting like deal and lucky drop 5x in an arena twice but i was thinking more so for arena... for race i do think it kind of messes with the dynamic a bit.. idk. Sorry Sin this might have been a bad suggestion from my behalf LMFAO
