I need vacation
so bad. Or some time off, just to be home. I have all this PTO saved up and I’m so ready but when I’m not at work it piles up and it’s hard when I get back. It’s like I’m punished for taking time off.

THAT'S HOW THEY KEEP U WORKING, BRITT. At some point you need to give yourself small dosages of time off so you don't overwork yourself to the death.
