Dark, claustrophobic, lit only by torches. ScarletKing & Ethanrocker1 power through this one; Scarlet’s flashlight dies but she keeps calm. Ethan: “You’re insane.” Scarlet: “Insanely focused.” Riggs & biminibonboulash are dramatically terrified of bats. Bimini: “I did not sign up for a haunted Airbnb.” Riggs: “This is nature’s lawsuit.” Paulette & nikw98 move quietly and respectfully, taking care not to damage artifacts — archaeologists applaud their composure. We’ll see them at the mat.” Riggs: “You’ll see us — from behind.” Phil later says this was the most predictable yet entertaining use of a Yield all season. 🏁 PIT STOP — Xunantunich Ruins, Belize 🇧🇿 Teams climb the steep Mayan temple steps to the Pit Stop, surrounded by jungle mist and howler monkeys. Pit Stop Order (Leg 9 — Belize, Central America): 🥇 Medusaluh & blue — fifth win of the season. Dominant. Phil: “You two are redefining efficiency.” Blue: “Redefining inevitability.” ScarletKing & Ethanrocker1 — strong, united, thriving. Riggs & biminibonboulash — dramatic, but fast.
