I just weighed in at 198lbs and it’s the first time in I don’t know how long that I’ve seen that first digit be a 1. I’ve been very self conscious about my weight for my entire life and I was 260 this time last year so I’ve lost just over 60 pounds since then. I wasn’t really noticing it until looking at old pictures of myself from last year and then hearing all compliments from others people in my life. It’s such a nice feeling.
