a music question
mainly for old hags like me but also i wanna know if any young people do it
is there like one song you listen to or multiple that you know no one on here would have a fucking clue what it is... or like someth that your parents listened to that you bop to.
like i rly do feel like i am getting old when i be putting on so much old music recently. i need to know if that does mean you are getting old or are there like any people in their early 20s who will throw something random on from the 70s/80s. (AND NO BITCHES I WASNT BORN THEN EITHER)

I think the oldest musicians I listen to are The Cranberries and Fleetwood Mac
Kimmie Oh now THATS TASTEEE. Both amazing groups
Connor i know, I’m perfect at everything ❤️
Bitch I loveeeee and was RAISED on oldies and motown. I taught myself how to sing listening to Motown music my dad only listened to that shit.
RobbieRIOT Love that Robbie. I do like myself a bit of Motown.
Connor Me as a boomer replying to myself lmaooo
RobbieRIOT Like I can probably sing along to every single Diana Ross, Temptations, and Tina Turner song lol
Drag race and working with older people have expanded my taste a bit. I can get down with any era as long as it’s pop/r&b! But I totally still have a bias for more modern pop stars and always will probs
Mochalatte That's fair. I have a really eclectic range of music and I feel really lucky that I do bc I know some people just can't get on with some genres
mis-teeq

hausofkimchi Mis-Teeq were a British girl group, consisting of Sabrina Washington, Su-Elise Nash and Alesha Dixon. They were active from 1999 to 2005 this bitch rly said Mis-Teeq. Alesha Dixon is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO pretty though

99 red balloons specifically the goldfinger version is my favorite song but I know basically anyone younger than me at all would probably never have heard of the song
Ethan Goldfinger oooooh Ethan I didnt know you fucked with that kinda music. I've seen Goldfinger
Connor oh hell yeah, late 90s/early 2000s rock and punk pop/emo was my life growing up. My boyfriend refers to me as the human embodiment of a short sleeve tee over a long sleeve tee
Well back in the days in the 60s when you were growing up it was harder to find music outside the radio but for me my family is always like Madonna! The Beetles! I'm like.... I don't listen to these older artists besides like Cher?
YanderTron21 "when you were growing up". flop ass nuke.
Connor I also listen to The Cranberries Britney Spears JLO and Shakira if were talking older artists <3
90% of my music on my playlist from the 70s/80s
